Access to certain features requires a paid subscription. By subscribing, you agree to pay all applicable fees as described at the time of purchase.
All content, features, and functionality of the Service, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, are the exclusive property of Signal Canary or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the Service without prior written consent.

IN NO EVENT SHALL SIGNAL CANARY'S TOTAL LIABILITY EXCEED THE AMOUNTS PAID BY YOU TO SIGNAL CANARY IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Signal Canary and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to:
Signal Canary may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice.
Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination shall survive.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in a court of competent jurisdiction.
Signal Canary may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the website or Service. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
